Job Description
Product Connections is a part of Acosta Group, a renowned collective of some of the industry's most trusted retail, marketing, and foodservice agencies. The company specializes in reimagining how people connect with brands at every point of their shopping journey. As a full-service marketing agency, Product Connections focuses on digital and traditional retail events and demonstrations, experiential marketing, sponsorship activation, and omnichannel shopper marketing. With a mission directed at delivering brand solutions that precisely target the right consumers at the right time, the company effectively drives consumers through the conversion funnel.
With more than 10,000 experts in the field and over 150 corporate employees, Product Connections embodies a blend of talent and experience that reshapes conventional marketing agency standards. They pride themselves on nurturing a supportive, collaborative, and inclusive culture where employees are inspired to think big, enhance their skills, and escalate their careers. Working here means joining a workplace where individual ideas matter, growth is actively supported, and one’s impact is genuinely valued.
The position of Product Demonstrator/Specialty Product Preparers is essential within Product Connections. This role involves preparing juice and other specialty food products for purchase, supporting product demonstrations, and contributing to retail marketing events. Employees in this role are responsible for setting up and preparing the specialized areas for food products, reading and comprehending all materials relating to product demonstrations, and following strict safety protocols when using equipment, including hot machinery and sharp blades. Additionally, the role requires adherence to safe food handling, production, packaging, labeling, merchandising, and disposal procedures.
Accurate completion of all reporting requirements, active participation in training sessions, and maintaining cleanliness and safety in work areas using appropriate chemicals and equipment are all critical aspects of this role. The position supports various event setups, clean-ups, and kitchen duties when necessary. Team members conduct food sampling and demonstrations aligned with business needs, following set-up and teardown guidelines, which sustain the quality and appeal of marketing events.
This role demands physical strength and stamina, as it requires continuous lifting of 50 lbs or more, pushing heavy wheeled machines, and standing for extended periods. Employees must be able to work varied hours and operate safely in both cold refrigerated and hot equipment environments. The job environment is lively and retail-warehouse style, with frequent interaction among coworkers, management, and customers, and exposure to moderate to high noise levels. English proficiency is essential, with bilingual skills preferred based on business needs.
Acosta Group offers reasonable accommodations for applicants with disabilities and emphasizes a commitment to diversity and inclusivity throughout its hiring practices. The company supports transparency in compensation, providing accurate and reasonable salary ranges, and ensures legal compliance through E-Verify for employment eligibility. The company invites committed individuals eager to discover their career paths and contribute meaningfully to a top-tier marketing agency to join and grow with them.
