The opportunity available is for a position responsible for preparing juice and other specialty food products alongside organizing product demonstrations to enhance sales and customer engagement. This role involves working in a retail store environment where team members prepare and promote specialty products, conduct live demonstrations, and ensure adherence to food safety and quality standards. The role demands attention to detail, compliance with safety procedures, and excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.

Team members will engage in setting up demonstration areas, following detailed instructions from program materials, and operating equipment safely, including hot machinery and sharp utensils. Additionally, those hired will participate in ongoing training to stay compliant with state and local food safety regulations and will collaborate with other team members during event set-ups and breakdowns. Physical demands include lifting, standing for extended periods, and working with cold or hot environments typical of food preparation areas. Communication skills are essential as the employee will interact regularly with customers and management, requiring clear and effective exchanges in English, and possibly other languages based on location needs.
