The role offered within Product Connections is that of a specialist responsible for preparing juice and other specialty food products for purchase, along with conducting product demonstrations and sampling events that support business objectives. This position emphasizes safety, food handling compliance, and effective communication in a retail store environment. The specialist is expected to proficiently set up and prepare the designated area for specialized food products, ensuring equipment is used safely and procedures are followed precisely. Responsibilities include adhering to all food safety regulations, performing quality product preparation, accurately completing reporting and documentation, and maintaining a clean and sanitary workspace using proper cleaning chemicals and equipment.

The specialist will engage directly with customers by conducting food sampling and product demonstrations that promote the brand and its offerings. The role requires physical stamina, including the ability to lift moderate to heavy weights, push equipment ranging from 50 to 600 pounds, work in refrigerated conditions, and stand for extended periods. Additionally, the role demands strict adherence to safety protocols and an ability to follow detailed instructions provided in demonstration materials and event schedules. The position involves collaboration with teammates for event setup, cleanup, and other kitchen duties as needed.
