The role of the Juice and Specialty Product Preparation Associate is an essential position within the Product Connections team, focusing on preparing juice and other specialty items for purchase and showcasing products through demonstrations and sampling events. This full-time role requires hands-on participation in setting up event spaces, maintaining safety and compliance standards, and ensuring product quality. Associates are responsible for accurately completing reporting requirements, participating in training sessions, and assisting teammates with event logistics, setup, and clean-up tasks.

This position demands physical capability, including lifting weights up to 50 pounds multiple times daily, pushing wheeled machines weighing between 50 to 600 pounds, and standing for extended periods. Adherence to food safety standards is critical, including proper handling, preparation, packaging, labeling, and sanitation practices. The Juice and Specialty Product Preparation Associate will play a significant role in the company's marketing demonstrations, helping brands connect with consumers by delivering memorable in-store experiences.

Candidates with prior experience in product marketing, product demonstrations, or the food, beverage, or restaurant industry are preferred. The position requires adherence to safety protocols when handling machinery and sharp utensils, alongside the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members. This role involves varied work hours and working conditions that may include exposure to cold refrigerated environments and hot equipment.
