The Juice and Specialty Product Preparation Specialist role is a vital part of this team-oriented environment. This position is responsible for the efficient preparation of juice and other specialty food and beverage products intended for purchase by consumers. The role involves setting up a specialized food preparation area, following detailed program instructions, and adhering to strict safety and sanitation standards. The specialist ensures products are prepared according to exact specifications and that all required reporting and compliance requirements are accurately completed.

This full-time position requires someone who is able to perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting heavy boxes, safely operating sharp blades and hot machinery, and maintaining cleanliness in a sterile work environment. The specialist will regularly conduct food sampling and product demonstrations to engage shoppers, helping to drive brand visibility and customer satisfaction. This involves interacting with customers politely and professionally while working under sometimes varied and demanding conditions, including exposure to both cold and hot environments.

Candidates selected for this role are expected to regularly participate in training sessions, certifications, and adhere rigorously to food safety and compliance guidelines.
