Product Connections is a distinguished part of Acosta Group, a leading collective of trusted retail, marketing, and foodservice agencies committed to reshaping the way consumers engage with brands throughout their shopping journey. As a full-service marketing agency, Product Connections excels in digital and traditional retail events and demonstrations, experiential marketing, sponsorship activations, and omnichannel shopper marketing strategies. The mission is to craft impactful brand solutions that connect products with the right audiences at the optimal moments, effectively guiding consumers through the purchase decision process.
With a robust team of over 10,000 field experts and more than 150 corporate employees, Product Connections leverages a diverse pool of talents and experiences that redefine the essence of marketing agencies. The company fosters a collaborative, inclusive, and supportive workplace culture where employees are encouraged to innovate, enhance their skills, and advance their careers. Joining Product Connections means becoming part of a dynamic environment where your ideas make a difference, your personal and professional growth is prioritized, and your contributions significantly impact the success of brand campaigns. Acosta Group is committed to equal opportunity employment and supports applicants with disabilities by providing reasonable accommodations upon request.
The role available involves the preparation of juice and specialty products for purchase, serving as a crucial link between brands and consumers by ensuring product quality and presentation align with marketing strategies. This position requires hands-on preparation skills, safety and compliance adherence, and the ability to conduct product demonstrations and sampling events. The job entails working in a retail store environment, interacting regularly with coworkers, management, and customers, often in conditions involving moderate to high noise, exposure to refrigerated areas, and handling food and cleaning chemicals.
Candidates for this position should have a background or experience in product marketing, product demonstrations, or the food, beverage, or restaurant industries. Essential skills include the safe and effective preparation of juices and other specialty products, as well as the ability to perform demonstrations to enhance product visibility and consumer engagement. Physical demands are significant, including lifting weights up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the day, pushing heavy equipment ranging from 50-600 lbs, standing for extended periods, using sharp utensils and machinery safely, and working in variable temperature environments.
The role also involves compliance with state and local food safety certifications and licenses, meticulous adherence to safety protocols when operating machinery, proper handling and disposal of food products, and maintaining a sterile and safe work environment. Responsibilities extend to event setup and cleanup, completion of all required documentation and reporting, and participating in training and certification programs to ensure ongoing compliance and skill development. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to impactful retail marketing efforts while developing comprehensive skills in product preparation and customer engagement within a supportive and innovative company culture.
