The role of Specialty Product Preparation Associate centers on the safe and effective preparation of juice and other specialty food products for purchase in a retail environment. This position requires meticulous attention to food safety and product quality standards while supporting marketing and sampling initiatives that boost consumer engagement. The Specialist will also conduct product demonstrations and assist with sampling events to help introduce and promote products to customers.

The Specialty Product Preparation Associate will regularly liaise with coworkers, management, and customers in a busy retail store setting characterized by moderate to high noise levels. Effective communication skills are necessary, and while English is the primary language, bilingual abilities may be required by business needs.
