The role of the Juice and Specialty Products Preparation Associate focuses on the meticulous preparation and presentation of juice and other specialty food items intended for purchase and sampling within retail environments. This position demands a strong commitment to food safety standards, proper equipment handling, and operational compliance to ensure high-quality product demonstrations and customer experiences. Key responsibilities include setting up the demonstration area, following detailed production and program instructions, managing the safe use of machinery and utensils, and maintaining a clean, sanitary workspace. Additionally, the associate must manage reporting requirements, participate in training and certification programs, and stay informed on event schedules and corporate communications.

Candidates are expected to have prior experience in product marketing, food service, or restaurant industries, with relevant skills in preparing specialty products safely and effectively. Essential physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently, operate and push heavy equipment, stand for long durations, and work in varying temperature conditions ranging from refrigerated to hot environments. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, are required to interact successfully with management, co-workers, and customers. Bilingual abilities may be necessary depending on business needs.
