The role of Juice and Specialty Products Preparation Specialist is critical within Product Connections’ scope of work, focusing on preparing juice and other specialty food products for purchase in retail environments. This position involves careful setup and preparation of the area for specialized food products, review and application of demonstration materials, and strict adherence to safety protocols. Working with potentially hazardous equipment such as hot machinery and sharp blades requires diligence, as does maintaining a clean, sterile work area using proper cleaning chemicals and safety practices.

Employees in this role are expected to follow rigorous food handling, preparation, packaging, labeling, merchandising, and disposal procedures, ensuring all activities comply with safety standards and program requirements.
