The role in question is centered on the preparation and demonstration of juice and other specialty food products within a retail environment. The position is vital in delivering memorable and effective product experiences for consumers at the point of purchase. Employees in this position are responsible for the accurate and safe preparation of specialty products, adhering strictly to food safety and program compliance standards. They work closely with event schedules, product demonstration materials, and food safety certifications to ensure all processes meet stringent company and regulatory guidelines.

Associates are expected to prepare work areas properly, manage specialized food products, and complete all necessary documentation and reporting, including online reporting requirements. Additionally, they are tasked with maintaining a clean, sterile, and safe work environment, handling equipment such as hot machinery and sharp blades safely, and applying proper lifting techniques to avoid injury. Participation in training sessions and certification programs is mandatory to keep skills and compliance current.

The role requires physical stamina, including the ability to lift up to 50 pounds multiple times per day, push heavy equipment weighing between 50 and 600 pounds, and stand for extended periods. Employees will also need manual dexterity to operate machinery and food preparation tools effectively and safe interaction with customers and team members in a moderately noisy retail warehouse environment.
