Job Requirements
- Education or experience in product marketing, food service or related field
- food safety certification or license required
- physical ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly
- ability to push heavy equipment up to 600 lbs
- capability to operate sharp utensils and machinery safely
- ability to stand for long periods
- ability to work varied shifts
- must be able to work in cold and warm conditions
- must communicate effectively in English
- adherence to safety and workplace compliance protocols
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in product marketing or product demonstrations
- experience in food, beverage or restaurant industry preferred
- ability to safely prepare juice and specialty products
- ability to conduct demonstrations and sampling events
- applicable state and local food safety certification or license
- strong communication skills
- ability to read and understand instructions and guidelines
- physical ability to lift minimum 50 lbs multiple times daily
- ability to stand for extended periods
- flexibility to work varied hours
- ability to work in refrigerated and warm environments
Job Duties
- Prepare juice and other specialty products for purchase
- set up and prepare the area for specialized food products
- read and understand materials accompanying product demonstrations
- follow safety requirements when using equipment
- adhere to safe food handling, preparation, packaging, labeling, merchandising and disposal procedures
- complete all reporting requirements accurately
- check schedules, emails and updates regularly
- complete certifications and attend special training
- follow safety and compliance guidelines for machine operation, cleaning and maintenance
- maintain a clean, sterile and safe work area
- assist teammates with event set-up, clean-up and kitchen duties
- conduct food sampling and demonstrations
- follow general set-up and teardown guidelines
