Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- food safety certification or license
- ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs several times a day
- ability to push wheeled machines weighing 50-600 lbs
- physical stamina to stand for extended periods
- ability to work varied hours
- ability to use a 6' step stool
- ability to read and understand safety instructions
- ability to work in cold and hot environments
- manual dexterity for operating machinery and handling sharp utensils
- valid work authorization in the United States
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in product marketing or demonstrations
- experience in food, beverage or restaurant industry preferred
- ability to safely prepare juice and specialty products
- ability to conduct product demonstrations and sampling
- applicable state and local food safety certification or license
- strong communication skills
- basic computer skills for reporting and compliance
- ability to work in a team and interact with customers
Job Duties
- Prepare juice and other specialty products for purchase
- set up and prepare the area for specialized food products
- follow product demonstration materials to understand program scope and compliance
- adhere to safety requirements when using equipment
- practice proper lifting techniques
- handle food according to safe practices including preparation, packaging, labeling, and disposal
- complete all reporting requirements accurately
- monitor event schedules, updates and supervisor requests
- complete certifications and attend training sessions
- maintain cleanliness and safety of work area
- assist teammates with event setup and kitchen duties
- conduct food sampling and demonstrations
- follow setup and teardown guidelines
