As a product specialist for juice and other specialty products, the individual is responsible for setting up preparation areas, fully understanding program instructions and production requirements from demonstration materials, and ensuring compliance with all safety and food handling procedures. This includes operating machinery safely, manual lifting techniques, proper cleaning, packaging, and labeling, as well as maintaining a clean and sterile work environment. The position demands physical endurance due to standing for extended periods, consistent lifting of up to 50 lbs, and pushing wheeled equipment that can weigh significantly. It also requires adherence to scheduled event activities, certifications, and training sessions.

A vital component of the job involves conducting in-store food sampling and demonstrations that support business needs, assisting teammates with event set-up, kitchen duties, and maintaining an engaging presence with customers, enhancing shopper interaction and brand affinity. The role operates in a retail store setting amid interaction with co-workers, management, and customers, often in moderate to high noise environments with exposure to refrigerated conditions and cleaning agents.
