This specific role offers a part-time or full-time opportunity to work as a Juice and Specialty Product Preparatory Specialist, with an hourly pay range of $14.00 to $15.00. The position focuses on preparing juice and other specialty products safely and effectively for purchase, as well as demonstrating and sampling products to consumers. The role demands adherence to strict safety and food handling protocols to ensure product quality and regulatory compliance.

The specialist will be responsible for setting up and preparing dedicated areas for specialized food products, following detailed instructions related to product demonstrations, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards throughout operations. Excellence in handling equipment such as hot machinery, sharp blades, and production tools is essential, along with the physical ability to lift weights regularly and operate wheeled machinery. Additionally, the role requires standing for extended periods, climbing with the use of a step stool when necessary, and working varied hours as needed.

Working within a retail warehouse environment, the individual will frequently interact with co-workers, management, and customers, often under moderate to high noise levels, with exposure to refrigerated conditions and cleaning chemicals. The job demands strong communication skills, both oral and written, as well as the ability to understand safety and operational instructions thoroughly. Bilingual skills may be beneficial depending on business needs.

The Juice and Specialty Product Preparatory Specialist will engage in various essential duties, including setting up demonstration areas, preparing products for sampling, adhering to operational safety, and completing required certifications and training.
