Job Requirements
- Ability to safely prepare juice and specialty products
- able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs several times daily
- able to push wheeled machines weighing 50-600 lbs
- able to stand for extended periods
- ability to use a 6-foot step stool if necessary
- able to work varied hours
- capable of working in refrigerated and hot environments
- ability to read and understand instructions for safety compliance
- English language proficiency
- willingness to complete required certifications and training
- follow all food safety and handling regulations
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in product marketing or product demonstrations
- experience in the food, beverage, or restaurant industry preferred
- applicable state or local food safety certification or license
- ability to conduct safe and effective product demonstrations
- strong communication skills
- ability to work effectively in a team environment
- ability to follow safety and compliance guidelines
Job Duties
- Prepare juice and other specialty food products for purchase
- set up and prepare areas for specialized food product demonstrations
- read and understand program materials and instructions
- follow all safety procedures, including safe lifting and equipment use
- adhere to food handling, preparation, production, packaging, labeling, merchandising, and disposal protocols
- complete required reporting accurately including online submissions
- monitor product event schedules and communications
- attend certifications and training sessions
- maintain a clean, sterile, and safe work environment
- assist teammates with event setup, cleanup, and kitchen duties
- conduct food sampling and demonstrations according to business needs
- follow setup and teardown guidelines
