This position offers a competitive pay rate of $16.00 to $17.00 per hour and focuses on the preparation of juice and other specialty products for purchase. The role is essential to supporting product demonstrations and marketing activities within retail environments. Responsibilities include setting up specialized food product areas, following detailed program instructions, adhering to safety and food handling standards, and performing tasks that require careful use of equipment and machinery. Team members must follow compliance requirements while maintaining a clean and safe workplace.

Additionally, the role requires strong organizational skills to monitor event schedules and communications, completing certifications and trainings as needed, and contributing to team efforts in kitchen duties and event support. The ability to conduct food sampling and product demonstrations aids the business in engaging customers and showcasing products effectively. Physical demands include lifting, pushing heavy equipment, standing for extended periods, and working in varying environmental conditions such as refrigerated or hot areas.

Ideal candidates have prior experience in product marketing, demonstrations, or within the food and beverage or restaurant industries. Relevant food safety certification or license is required for compliance with state and local regulations. This is a role for individuals who are safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and able to work comfortably in dynamic retail store environments. Bilingual skills may be required based on business needs, with English as the primary language. This position does not carry supervisory responsibilities but is crucial for operational success and customer engagement at events.
