This role is centered around preparing juice and other specialty food products, ensuring quality and safety throughout the process, and conducting product demonstrations to engage shoppers. The position involves setting up and maintaining specialized food preparation areas, adhering strictly to food safety and equipment operation protocols, and actively participating in event preparation and cleanup. The individual in this role must be diligent in following instructions and program requirements for product demonstrations and sampling events, ensuring compliance with all safety and food handling guidelines. The job demands proficiency in the use of kitchen machinery and handling sharp utensils, along with the physical ability to lift heavy items and push equipment weighing between 50 and 600 pounds. They are expected to work varied hours and maintain visual and oral communication skills to effectively interact with customers and teammates. This position offers no supervisory responsibilities and primarily operates in a retail environment characterized by moderate to high noise levels and exposure to refrigerated conditions, cleaning chemicals, and food products.

Candidates with previous experience in product marketing, product demonstrations, or the food, beverage, or restaurant industries are preferred. Additionally, state and local food safety certifications or licenses are required to ensure compliance and high standards of food safety.
