Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in product marketing or food service preferred
- valid state and local food safety certification or license
- ability to lift at least 50 lbs repeatedly
- capability to push wheeled equipment weighing 50 to 600 lbs
- ability to safely use machinery and sharp utensils
- physical stamina to stand for long periods and climb a 6-foot step stool
- ability to work in cold and hot environments
- proficient in English communication
- willingness to follow food safety and workplace safety protocols
- ability to work varied hours including extended periods of standing
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in product marketing or product demonstrations
- experience in food, beverage, or restaurant industry preferred
- applicable state and local food safety certification or license
- ability to conduct demonstrations and sampling events
- strong communication skills in English
- ability to follow safety and compliance guidelines
- physical ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and push equipment weighing up to 600 lbs
- ability to stand for extended periods and work varied hours
- ability to read and comprehend written and oral information
- basic computer skills for reporting requirements
- willingness to attend special training and complete certifications
Job Duties
- Prepare juice and other specialty products for purchase
- properly set up and prepare the area for specialized food products
- follow all safety requirements when using equipment such as hot machinery or sharp blades
- adhere to safe food handling, preparation, production, packaging, labeling, merchandising, and disposal procedures
- accurately complete all reporting requirements including online documentation
- regularly check schedules, emails, and supervisor requests for upcoming events and updates
- complete certifications and attend required training sessions
- maintain a clean, sterile, and safe work environment using appropriate chemicals and equipment
- assist teammates with event setup, cleanup, and kitchen duties
- conduct food sampling and demonstrations supporting business needs
- follow general setup and teardown guidelines
