This role focuses primarily on preparing juice and other specialty products for purchase. It requires the ability to safely and efficiently produce juices and other related items while conducting product demonstrations and sampling events that promote customer engagement and product awareness. The ideal candidate will have experience in product marketing, product demonstrations, or the food and beverage industry and must possess relevant local or state food safety certifications or licenses.

The position demands physical stamina as it involves lifting up to 50 pounds multiple times daily, pushing wheeled equipment weighing between 50-600 pounds, and performing tasks in environments with varying temperatures and noise levels. This job is carried out mainly in retail stores where employees regularly collaborate with coworkers and interact with customers. Safety, compliance, and maintaining cleanliness and a sterile environment are critical components of the job duties.

The role requires strong attention to detail to follow instructions accurately, adhere to food safety protocols, complete reporting requirements, and effectively communicate both orally and in writing. Multitasking skills are necessary since employees must manage specialty product preparation, event setup, demonstrations, and cleanup activities. The job also offers opportunities to participate in continuing education and training to enhance professional skills.

Ideal candidates should be prepared to work varied hours, including standing for extended time periods and using tools such as step stools where applicable. Bilingual capabilities may be advantageous depending on business needs.
