Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous relevant experience preferred
- Valid food safety certification or license
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs several times a day
- Ability to push wheeled equipment weighing 50-600 lbs
- Ability to work varied hours including standing for extended periods
- Ability to climb and use step stools
- Ability to work in refrigerated and hot environments
- Ability to read and communicate effectively in English
- Physical ability to perform manual food preparation and demonstrations
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in product marketing, product demonstrations or in the food, beverage or restaurant industry preferred
- Ability to safely and effectively prepare juice and specialty products
- Ability to conduct demonstrations and sampling events
- Applicable state and local food safety certification or license
- Strong communication skills in English
- Bilingual skills preferred based on business necessity
Job Duties
- Prepare juice and other specialty products for purchase
- Set up and prepare the area for specialized food products
- Follow all safety requirements when using equipment
- Adhere to safe food handling, preparation, packaging, labeling, merchandising and disposal procedures
- Complete all required reporting accurately including online requirements
- Monitor product event schedules and communication for updates and instructions
- Conduct food sampling and product demonstrations
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Assist with event set-up, clean-up and kitchen duties as needed
