Acosta Group specializes in creating dynamic brand experiences that connect products to their target consumers in impactful ways. Leveraging a blend of digital and traditional retail events, experiential marketing, sponsorship activations, and omnichannel shopper marketing, they strive to move consumers through the conversion funnel effectively. With a vast network of over 10,000 experts and more than 150 corporate employees, the organization is renowned for its collaborative culture that promotes growth, creativity, and inclusiveness. Employees are encouraged to think big, grow their capabilities, and advance their careers while making meaningful contributions to the company’s success.
The Juice and Specialty Product Preparation role at Product Connections is a pivotal position focused on preparing juice and other specialty products safely and efficiently for purchase. This position offers a pay rate between $18 and $20 per hour and involves direct interaction with customers in a retail store setting, making it essential for the candidate to maintain high standards of food safety, preparation, and demonstration. Beyond the routine preparation of products, this role also encompasses conducting product demonstrations and sampling events, requiring excellent communication skills and the ability to engage customers effectively. The position demands physical stamina due to lifting, pushing heavy equipment, standing for long periods, and working in varying temperature environments including refrigerated conditions.
Candidates will be responsible for setting up specialized food product stations, thoroughly understanding demonstration materials, complying with safety protocols for equipment use, and adhering strictly to food handling standards. Accurate reporting and participation in required training and certifications are part of the job functions to ensure compliance and continuous improvement. Being part of a retail store environment, employees must handle moderate to high noise levels and engage with a wide variety of customers and team members. The role also offers the opportunity for personal and professional growth within a supportive and inclusive environment that values each employee's contributions and encourages career progression. Acosta Group is committed to equal employment opportunities and reasonable accommodations for employees with disabilities, further highlighting its dedication to a diverse and respectful workplace community.
