The Juice and Specialty Product Preparation Specialist role at Product Connections is a vital position responsible for preparing juice and other specialty products for consumer purchase. This role entails setting up and maintaining the work area for preparing specialized food products, ensuring all preparation aligns with safety and quality standards. The specialist will thoroughly study product demonstration materials to fully understand the program's scope, instructions, production guidelines, and compliance requirements.

Key responsibilities include adhering to rigorous safety protocols when operating equipment such as hot machinery or sharp utensils, practicing proper lifting techniques to handle heavy or bulky merchandise safely, and following all procedures related to food handling, preparation, production, packaging, labeling, merchandising, and waste disposal. Accuracy in reporting, including online documentation, is essential. The role demands constant communication and coordination with event schedules, corporate updates, and supervisory directives, completing necessary certifications and training to maintain compliance and high standards.

The specialist must ensure a clean, sterile, and safe work environment by using appropriate cleaning agents and equipment and assist teammates in the event set-up, clean-up, or kitchen duties as needed. Conducting food sampling and product demonstrations plays a significant role in supporting business objectives, alongside following general guidelines for event set-up and teardown.

This position is based in a retail store environment characterized by moderate to high noise levels and exposure to refrigerated conditions, food products, and cleaning chemicals. The role requires physical capability to lift, push, stand for extended periods, and safely use various tools and equipment.
