The Juice and Specialty Products Preparation Specialist role is responsible for preparing juice and other specialty food products for purchase while supporting product demonstrations and sampling activities. This position plays a crucial part in enhancing brand experiences by setting up and maintaining the demonstration area with strict adherence to safety and quality standards. Responsibilities include following detailed program scope instructions, observing production requirements, complying with food safety regulations, and performing accurate reporting and documentation. The role requires proficiency in handling equipment such as hot machinery and sharp blades safely, practicing proper lifting techniques, and maintaining a clean, sterile, and safe workspace. The specialist also assists with event setup, kitchen duties, and teardown activities to ensure smooth operation during promotional events.

Candidates should expect a dynamic retail store environment, often working under moderate to high noise levels with exposure to refrigerated conditions and cleaning chemicals. Physical demands include the ability to lift up to 50 pounds continuously, push wheeled machines weighing between 50 and 600 pounds, stand for extended periods, and climb using a 6-foot step stool when necessary. The role requires excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with an emphasis on understanding and following safety protocols and product demonstration guidelines. Previous experience in product marketing, food service, or beverage industries is preferred, along with applicable state and local food safety certification or licenses.
