Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand and walk for 6-8 hours per day
- Frequent bending, squatting, twisting, and reaching above/below shoulders
- Frequent use of hands for grasping, pushing, pulling, and fine manipulation
- Ability to lift and carry 11-25 lbs frequently and up to 32 lbs occasionally
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Must comply with company dress code and professional appearance standards
Job Qualifications

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of English language
- Prior food retail or restaurant experience a plus, but not required
- Willingness to transfer to other store locations if needed
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Job Duties
- Accurately prepare, package, weigh, and price food and beverage orders
- Operate cash registers, scales, and equipment to process transactions quickly and accurately
- Balance the cash drawer at the end of each shift and follow cash handling procedures
- Prepare fresh Juice Bar food and drinks, ensuring consistent taste, appearance, and portion sizes
- Rotate and replenish products to maintain freshness and food safety compliance
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the Juice Bar area
- Greet customers, promote products through suggestive selling, and provide guidance on recipes and options
- Notify management when supplies or ingredients are low
- Abide by health code and safety regulations, ensuring sanitation and personal hygiene standards are met
- Follow Vallarta's dress code and uphold a professional appearance
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
