- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- Enjoy working outdoors
- Be able to handle cash and multi-task
- Be enthusiastic and energetic with a friendly demeanor
- Possess unquestionable integrity
- Demonstrate competencies including problem solving and analysis, oral and written communication proficiency, critical evaluation, and relationship management
- Willing to work weekends with Sundays guaranteed off

Job Duties
- Greet each customer with an enthusiastic smile and a warm greeting
- Educate the customer on our services that best fit their needs
- Explain and educate them on the value of our unlimited car wash plans and sign up as many customers as possible
- Maintain a clean workspace, facility, and a professional, pleasant appearance
- Communicate and work as a team to uphold "The J's Way" standards for a one-of-a-kind car wash experience
- Be flexible and willing/able to learn and grow in every position needed across the car wash
