We are currently looking for a reliable new crew member to join our team at Jrk!. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring an outstanding customer experience by offering friendly service, efficiently handling food and drink preparation, and contributing to the smooth operation of the restaurant. The ideal candidate exhibits excellent interpersonal skills, maintains a positive attitude, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Training is provided to new hires to familiarize them with all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including order taking, food assembly, cashiering, and cleaning duties.

Job Requirements

  • Must be over 18 years old
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
  • Some experience in the restaurant industry preferred
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Availability during evenings and on weekends
  • Able to learn computerized ordering system
  • Fluent in English
  • Basic math skills, ability to make change
  • Friendly demeanor and a positive attitude
  • Trustworthy and reliable
  • Commitment to excellent customer service
  • Able to handle working in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • Must be over 18 years old

Job Duties

  • Maintain a fast speed of service especially during rush times
  • Take orders from customers and input their selections into the restaurant's computer system
  • Rotate all functions including cashier, food preparations, serve, and cleaning restaurant
  • Assemble orders on trays or in bags depending on the type of order
  • Count down your till at the end of each shift and deposit money in the safe
  • Clean your station thoroughly before, during and after each shift
  • Respond to guest questions, concerns and complaints and make sure they leave satisfied
  • Follow all restaurant safety and security procedures
  • Always comply with all health and food safety regulations
  • Arrive on time for all shifts and stay until shift completion
  • Additional responsibilities may be assigned by manager
