This role is ideal for culinary professionals who are passionate about hospitality, committed to delivering quality dishes, and eager to grow within a world-class company that emphasizes teamwork and leadership development. The Junior Sous Chef plays a key role in training, scheduling, assigning work, and assisting with performance evaluations of team members, fostering a productive and positive working environment that inspires excellence and collaboration.
