The L7 Mixology role within the Away From Home division represents a strategic position dedicated to advancing PepsiCo's beverage solutions through innovative recipe development and mixology expertise. This full-time position involves creating new, trend-forward beverage recipes that align with emerging consumer preferences and market shifts. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and research and development (R&D) to ensure that mixology initiatives are well-integrated with broader business goals. In addition to recipe creation, this position involves managing mixology demonstrations and training sessions, providing support to internal teams and external partners to effectively showcase new beverage offerings. Compensation for this role ranges from $73,400 to $122,850 annually, with a performance-based bonus of 5% of the annual salary.
