Job Description

PepsiCo is a global leader in the food and beverage industry, known for its commitment to innovation, quality, and consumer satisfaction. With an extensive portfolio of iconic brands and a presence in nearly every country, PepsiCo continues to drive growth through cutting-edge product development and strategic market positioning. The company emphasizes diversity, inclusion, and sustainability, fostering a dynamic work environment where creativity and collaboration thrive. As a prominent player in the Away From Home (AFH) sector, PepsiCo focuses on developing beverage solutions that cater to on-premise consumption venues such as restaurants, bars, hotels, and other food service establishments. This sector requires specialized approaches to meet the unique demands of consumers outside the home, and PepsiCo invests significantly in research, innovation, and partnerships to maintain its leadership.

The L7 Mixology role within the Away From Home division represents a strategic position dedicated to advancing PepsiCo's beverage solutions through innovative recipe development and mixology expertise. This full-time position involves creating new, trend-forward beverage recipes that align with emerging consumer preferences and market shifts. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and research and development (R&D) to ensure that mixology initiatives are well-integrated with broader business goals. The incumbent will be responsible for elevating the consumer beverage experience by crafting inspiring and delightful beverage concepts that drive brand loyalty and market engagement.

In addition to recipe creation, this position involves managing mixology demonstrations and training sessions, providing support to internal teams and external partners to effectively showcase new beverage offerings. Strategic planning and market impact assessment are critical components, ensuring that mixology efforts generate meaningful outcomes and enhance PepsiCo’s competitive edge in the AFH landscape. The role also demands coordination with external vendors to secure premium ingredients and flavorings that maintain quality standards and facilitate scalable production. Beyond product innovation, the role includes overseeing regulatory compliance across various international markets, adapting mixology solutions to diverse cultural preferences and legal requirements. Given the global scope of PepsiCo’s operations, the L7 Mixology role requires a balance between artisanal creativity and commercial scalability.

The candidate in this position will contribute to a culture of innovation, inspire cross-functional collaboration, and drive resource-efficient initiatives that optimize both performance and cost-effectiveness. Compensation for this role ranges from $73,400 to $122,850 annually, with a performance-based bonus of 5% of the annual salary. Additional benefits include paid time off, parental leave, and comprehensive health coverage such as medical, dental, and vision insurance. PepsiCo’s commitment to employee well-being and professional growth makes this an attractive opportunity for experienced mixologists eager to influence the future of beverage solutions in a dynamic, global environment.
