Job Duties
- develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan that targets various market segments and accounts for group, corporate, and leisure business
- lead the sales team in identifying new business opportunities, maintaining existing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets
- manage the hotel's online presence, including the website, social media channels, and online travel agencies
- analyze market trends and guest feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation
- monitor sales performance, track key metrics, and provide regular reports to the company
- collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination for group events, meetings, and conventions
- work closely with revenue management teams to optimize pricing strategies and maximize revenue per available room (RevPAR)
- implement effective yield management practices to balance occupancy and rates
- monitor and analyze competitive set pricing and adjust strategies as needed
- cultivate strong relationships with key clients, industry partners, and stakeholders
- attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and stay updated on industry trends
- develop and manage the sales and marketing budget, allocating resources effectively
- conduct regular financial analysis to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies
- make data-driven decisions to improve ROI on marketing initiatives
- recruit, train, and lead a high-performing sales and marketing team
