As a Jr Concierge at Jet Linx, you will play a vital role in supporting day-to-day base operations by providing onsite assistance focused on maintaining exceptional service standards and client satisfaction. This role is integral to ensuring the aesthetic upkeep of the base, including the stocking of supplies, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting client interactions. The Jr Concierge acts as a front-line ambassador for Jet Linx, greeting clients and crew, ensuring all operational tasks run smoothly, and that the environment is inviting and well-maintained. This position requires a strong attention to detail and effective communication skills to monitor and report on the condition and needs of the base.

Your responsibilities will extend to proactive communication of client concerns and resolution, operating client vehicles safely on the property, and adhering to safety and service protocols especially around sensitive equipment like aircraft and ground service vehicles. Being punctual and demonstrating predictable attendance are essential, as the role supports the continuous operation of the base. Compensation for this role is competitive, with hourly wages ranging from $20 to $30 depending on location, experience, and qualifications. Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
One year of professional customer service experience in an environment with elevated service standards preferred
Ability to work flexible non-standard hours including nights weekends and holidays
Ability to operate client vehicles cautiously around property including around aircraft and ground equipment
Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Ability to obtain a U.S. driver's license
Proof of eligibility to work in the US

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required
One year of professional customer service experience in an environment with elevated service standards preferred
Aviation industry experience or interest preferred
Ability to work flexible non-standard hours including nights weekends and holidays
Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to multitask and complete work within assigned timelines under minimal supervision
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Self-motivated and willing to take initiative to research and resolve problems
Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Job Duties

Responsible for purchasing stock in accordance with Jet Linx Service Standards submitting accurate and timely expense reports
Proactively communicate document and resolve complaints escalating to management as necessary
Operate client vehicles cautiously around property including around aircraft and ground equipment as needed
Wash vehicles when appropriate
Ensure work area lobby meeting areas entryways and restrooms are clean organized and inviting in accordance with Jet Linx Service Standards
Regular and predictable on-site attendance required
Demonstrate Jet Linx's core values and "Supply the High" in all interactions
Perform other duties as assigned
