Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or GED required
  • 0-2 years of experience in hospitality, events, sales, or customer service preferred but not required
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • ability to bend, reach, stoop, and lift up to 25 lbs
  • flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and extended hours as needed

Job Qualifications

  • 0-2 years of experience in hospitality, events, sales, or customer service preferred but not required
  • high school diploma or GED required
  • associate degree preferred
  • strong interest in hospitality and event sales
  • basic computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, database or CRM systems a plus
  • strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • willingness to learn and take direction in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Provide prompt, professional communication with clients and assist with ongoing follow-up
  • support the sales team in guiding clients through contracts, deposits, and event details
  • assist in maintaining organized client records and timelines
  • help ensure all deadlines and requirements are met for successful event execution
  • assist in managing incoming inquiries and supporting account development
  • identify opportunities to enhance events through additional services such as floral, bakery, and rentals
  • support proposal creation and review for accuracy
  • learn pricing strategies and contribute to achieving sales goals
  • assist with event planning, detailing, and preparation alongside senior team members
  • help create timelines, floor plans, and staffing outlines
  • coordinate with culinary and operations teams to ensure smooth execution
  • communicate updates and changes to internal teams as needed
  • maintain organized communication between clients and internal departments
  • stay up to date with company processes, systems, and weekly responsibilities
  • assist with administrative tasks and documentation
  • contribute to a positive team environment and uphold company standards
