Currently, Lyon Living is excited to announce a job opening for a Jr. Maintenance Technician at The Parker property in San Diego, CA. This position offers an hourly pay rate ranging from $22.00 to $25.00 and does not include on-site housing. The Jr. Maintenance Technician plays a critical role in maintaining the aesthetic appeal and operational functionality of the property. This role is essential in ensuring that residents enjoy a clean, safe, and comfortable environment. The technician will carry out a range of cleaning and janitorial duties related to both the interior and exterior preparation of the property. The Jr. Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining high-quality standards throughout the property, from keeping centralized trash removal areas clean to servicing and emptying compactors. They are expected to keep all tools and equipment in working order, ensuring operational efficiency. Their duties extend to performing basic housekeeping to make apartments ready for new occupants, cleaning light fixtures, windows, laundry rooms, and various equipment. The technician will also maintain and clean storage and common areas such as the clubhouse, recreation room, office spaces, and fitness centers.
