Job Requirements
- 2 plus years retail sales experience
- Shift supervision experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills required
- No travel required
- Availability to work flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

- Passion for driving customer service experience
- Demonstrated aptitude for managerial responsibilities as a key holder
- Knowledge of furniture industry a plus
- Ability to work independently and in team settings
- Proficiency in Mac operating systems and Microsoft Office
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Job Duties
- Responsible for opening and closing the store and performing other duties in the absence of management
- Assigned and responsible for opening and closing the store with store keys and alarm code
- Responsible for daily sales reporting to retail leadership
- Oversee the sales floor during high volume periods, support sales team and ensure financial goals are met
- Serve as a role model by delivering exceptional customer experience
- Maintain showroom design and visual standards using merchandising guidelines
- Maximize sales by building and maintaining a personal clientele and driving store sales through client follow-up
- Assist leadership in creating programs and initiatives to enhance customer experience
- Share customer needs and feedback with product, marketing, and technology teams
- Listen and address customer feedback and complaints empathetically
