Your role includes installing wireways, conduits, and cable trays; performing utility wire connections; reading blueprints; and performing conduit threading. Maintaining tools to ensure good working condition and promoting workplace safety through adherence to safety protocols and participation in safety meetings are key aspects of your duties.

In this position, employees also serve as mentors and trainers to colleagues on their shift, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment. Eligible full-time employees receive medical, dental, and vision plans with flexible spending accounts, short-term and long-term disability, critical illness coverage, accident and life insurance. Retirement planning is supported through a 401(k) plan with company matching and an employee stock purchase plan. Additional benefits may include tuition reimbursement, caregiver leave, personal and parental leave, backup care, paid time off including volunteer time, well-being programs, and legal and identity theft protection.

Joining nVent means becoming part of a global community committed to innovation and excellence, with the opportunity to grow in a supportive, inclusive environment that celebrates diversity and authenticity.
