The company is currently seeking a Joint Training Tool (JTT) Subject Matter Expert (SME) and Master Scenario Event List (MSEL) Administrator to join the team. This role is vital in supporting strategic-level joint exercises and training events that underpin the U.S. strategic deterrence and global operations missions. The position requires a highly skilled professional who is adept in planning, coordinating, executing, and assessing joint training exercises, ensuring they are realistic and effectively synchronized across operational teams.

This full-time position offers the opportunity to work within a dynamic and mission-critical environment at Offutt Air Force Base. The successful candidate will utilize their extensive knowledge of the Joint Training Tool system and Master Scenario Event List management to support complex training operations within live, virtual, constructive, and simulated environments. Their expertise will directly impact the readiness and effectiveness of key strategic commands by helping develop detailed exercise injects, timelines, and scenario synchronization activities.

Beyond technical expertise, the role demands strong organizational skills, the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders including exercise planners, operational staffs, and mission partners, and proficiency in configuration management and version control of sensitive exercise documents. Importantly, the role also involves authoring comprehensive training materials and operational products related to JTT and MSEL, as well as integrating lessons learned and continuous training improvement initiatives.

Candidates for this position must possess a minimum of five years of relevant experience, preferably at a senior level, supporting Joint Training Tool operations, Master Scenario Event List administration, or joint exercise planning activities. An active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance is mandatory, reflecting the security-sensitive nature of the work.
