Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • availability to work early morning shifts from 5:45am to 12:00pm
  • excellent customer service skills
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • willingness to maintain cleanliness and restock supplies
  • strong communication skills
  • reliable and punctual
  • ability to work well in a team environment

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior customer service or hospitality experience preferred
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to work early morning shifts
  • knowledge of local area attractions and amenities
  • friendly and approachable demeanor
  • ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • maintaining a clean dining room and service areas
  • provide professional, competent, and prompt service with attention to guest needs
  • restock food and supplies as needed
  • continuously clean the area during service hours
  • engage with guests by providing local information and recommendations
  • communicate guest concerns to management
  • arrive to work in uniform with a positive attitude
