Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- availability to work morning shifts from 5:45 am to 12:00 pm
- ability to provide excellent customer service
- willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- strong communication skills
- ability to work well with others
- attention to detail
- physical ability to maintain cleanliness and restock supplies
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- experience in hospitality or customer service preferred but not required
- ability to work early morning shifts
- friendly and outgoing personality
- basic knowledge of local area and attractions
- ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Job Duties
- maintain a clean dining room, service area and food and beverage hallways
- provide professional, competent, and prompt service with attention to guest needs
- arrive to work in uniform with a smile and a can-do attitude
- restock food and supplies as needed to ensure consistent service
- continuously clean area to provide all guests the same experience regardless of their breakfast arrival
- be knowledgeable on the general area and engage in conversation with guests on plans for the day
- communicate to management any guest concerns that need to be addressed
