We are currently seeking a Morning Hospitality Ambassador to fill the role of Concierge and Breakfast Attendant. This position offers a vital first point of contact for our guests, embodying the spirit of hospitality that defines Concord. The Morning Hospitality Ambassador plays a critical part in setting the tone for a guest’s day by providing outstanding customer service, coupled with genuine warmth and a cheerful demeanor. The primary responsibilities encompass greeting guests with enthusiasm, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the breakfast area, restocking supplies, and providing knowledgeable recommendations about local attractions, dining options, and entertainment venues.

Working the morning shift from 5:45 am to 12:00 pm, the Concierge-Breakfast Attendant will operate within a dynamic, fast-paced environment where attention to detail and proactive responsiveness are essential.
