The role of a Key Holder at our bakery is an exciting opportunity for individuals who thrive in a dynamic and customer-focused setting. This role requires flexibility, including weekend availability, to support varied shift schedules. You will be directly involved in baking and packaging cookies with attention to detail and care, providing exceptional customer service with a welcoming attitude, and assisting with cleanliness and hygiene to maintain a safe and pleasant environment for both customers and staff.

Additionally, as a Key Holder, you will participate in important daily tasks such as folding boxes, restocking supplies, and performing other assignments delegated by the manager. This position does not require previous kitchen experience as full training is provided, making it an excellent opportunity for those new to the food service industry or baking. Having or obtaining a current food handlers card will be advantageous but is not mandatory. With an hourly base pay in the range of $13 to $14 plus tips estimated at approximately $5 or more per hour, this job offers a competitive compensation package.
