The Porter will be a key team member responsible for processing incoming stock, fulfilling orders for delivery or pickup, and ensuring inventory and quality control standards are maintained throughout the venue. In this role, the Porter will assist managers and supervisors in managing stock inventory, support the efficient distribution of food, beverages, and other supplies to various outlets within Lambeau Field, and maintain cleanliness and orderliness in work areas and equipment. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a cooperative team environment, possess basic math skills for inventory counting, and be capable of reading and interpreting delivery forms and purchase orders. Physical stamina and the ability to handle heavy lifting—up to 165 pounds—as well as moving stock carts through different temperature conditions throughout the seasons are essential requirements.
