Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in event management or coordination
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work part-time on-site in Boston, MA
- willingness to adapt to flexible event schedules including evenings and weekends
- basic computer proficiency
- ability to handle physical aspects of event setup and supervision

- vendor and client relationship management experience
- strong time management, organizational, and budgeting skills
- excellent verbal and written communication abilities

- knowledge of catering and hospitality industry standards
- proficiency with event planning and scheduling tools
- bachelor’s degree in event management, hospitality, or related field preferred
Job Duties
- coordinate with clients to understand their vision and requirements
- manage event logistics including scheduling and vendor coordination
- liaise with vendors and on-site staff to ensure smooth event execution
- supervise events on-site to oversee service quality and operations
- troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly during events
- collaborate with catering team to align event delivery with client expectations
- manage budgets and adhere to strict timelines
