Job Requirements
- Valid state-issued driver’s license
- Brake inspection qualified as per Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration regulations Section 396.25
- Vehicle inspection qualified as per Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration regulations Section 396.19
- Ability to adhere to safety standards and follow company guidelines
- Strong communication skills

Job Qualifications
- Valid state-issued driver’s license
- Brake inspection qualification according to Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration Section 396.25
- Vehicle inspection qualification according to Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration Section 396.19
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office preferred
- ASE Certification preferred
- DOT Transportation Certification preferred
Job Duties
- Perform basic to intermediate inspections, preventive maintenance, repairs, and replacements on Walmart equipment such as trailers, tractors, yard trucks, and shop equipment
- Create and process work orders accurately
- Assess maintenance, repair, and replacement needs, identifying required parts and optimal solutions
- Repair and replace brake system components including air, antiskid, Scam, ABS, and disc brakes
- Replace leaky wheel seals and dismount/install tractor trailer tires following DOT guidelines
- Receive fuel drops and conduct fuel sampling ensuring safety compliance and proper documentation
- Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, associates, and managers verbally and in writing
- Complete work orders, records, logs, and other documentation according to established procedures
