The role also manages vendor payments and reviews event-related communications such as invitations and registration portals to ensure accuracy and efficacy.
Candidates in this role are expected to exhibit exceptional project management capabilities, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work independently while managing multiple event-related tasks and deadlines. The position also requires a high level of technology proficiency, particularly with Microsoft Office applications and event management software like Cvent. Travel is an essential part of the role, with an estimated 35% travel commitment involving onsite coordination and support at various event locations.
StoneX Group seeks candidates with at least a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferably with some event or trade show management background. Skills in contract negotiation and fluency in Spanish are considered valuable assets.
