Topgolf Entertainment Group is a global sports and entertainment community known for its innovative blend of golf, dining, and entertainment experiences. With locations worldwide, Topgolf provides a dynamic environment where guests can enjoy the excitement of golf-based games alongside high-quality food and beverage service in a lively setting. As a hospitality-driven company, Topgolf is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences through a dedicated team of associates who embody energy, enthusiasm, and professionalism. The company's inclusive culture prioritizes equal employment opportunities and diversity, ensuring a respectful workplace for all employees and guests.
Within this vibrant atmosphere, Topgolf is seeking motivated individuals to fill various roles including Bar Back, Bartender, Bay Host/Server, Golf Services Associate, and Support Staff such as Food Runner, Drink Runner, and Busser. Each role plays a crucial part in maintaining seamless operations and exceptional service delivery. The Bar Back is responsible for keeping the bar and storage areas clean and fully stocked, demonstrating high energy and meticulous attention to detail. Bartenders are expected to have knowledge of spirits, beer, and wine, with the ability to maintain an inviting and guest-ready bar while providing outstanding service. Previous bartending experience of over one year is strongly preferred.
Bay Hosts, who serve as servers, act as the primary hosts for guests in the hitting bays. They are knowledgeable about the menu and serve guests attentively, ensuring a memorable experience. While one or more years of serving experience is preferred, it is not a strict requirement for this role. Golf Services Associates assist guests in experiencing the fun and excitement of golf games at Topgolf. They utilize game and bay assignment systems to efficiently get guests started on their games promptly.
Support staff such as Food Runners, Drink Runners, and Bussers are essential for maintaining cleanliness and timely delivery of food and beverages. They keep service areas tidy and ensure that guests receive freshly prepared drinks and meals with enthusiasm and urgency. Topgolf’s commitment to excellence extends to its employment practices, including compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace free from discrimination or harassment based on legally protected characteristics.
By joining Topgolf, associates become part of an innovative company that values hard work, customer focus, and teamwork. Whether you are an experienced bartender or new to the hospitality industry, Topgolf provides opportunities for growth and development in a fun and energetic environment. Employment types vary across locations, and compensation is competitive within the industry, reflecting the importance of each role in contributing to the overall guest experience. Employees can expect to work in a fast-paced, supportive atmosphere where delivering top-tier entertainment and hospitality is the daily goal.
