- Minimum of 3 years experience directly working in a restaurant environment or food industry
- Previous experience in a management position

Job Duties
- Provide overall leadership in the restaurant's human resources functions such as performance management, scheduling, communicating and applying all company policies, recruitment and selection, discipline, coaching and training team members, and conducting performance appraisals
- Maintain all financials including inventory control, forecasting productivity, financial reporting, controlling cost of sales and cost of labor
- Attain financial targets
- Execute local marketing campaigns and implement new promotions
- Make daily bank deposits and manage cash issues (cash short)
- Ensure adherence to Occupational Health and Safety Act
- Monitor competitor promotions, trends, and growth
- Ensure the restaurant team maintains the highest possible level of customer service
- Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally
- Ensure product quality and compliance with Pizza Hut standards
- Order products and maintain good relations with suppliers
- Assist the District Manager in market activities
