Job Duties
- Assist General Manager in achieving staffing and development goals
- assist General Manager in monitoring and improving employee morale
- personally coach staff
- support training of employees
- ensure safety is a top priority
- ensure compliance with all applicable laws
- ensure compliance with all company policies
- assist General Manager in achieving sales and profits to plan
- correct daily financial control deficiencies urgently
- deliver and improve operational standards
- ensure execution of excellent customer service
- execute shift deployment as Manager In Charge
- assist General Manager to ensure food safety and brand standards are executed
- open or close restaurant as required
- act in a safe manner to prevent risks
- perform other duties as assigned
