Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 16 years of age
  • Must be able to lift 30-40 lbs regularly throughout shifts
  • Ability to stand, bend, reach, and scoop throughout assigned shift
  • Ability to be mobile in walk-in refrigerator and freezer with temperatures ranging from 40 degrees Fahrenheit to minus 10 degrees Fahrenheit

Job Duties

  • Execute quality store operations and deliver exceptional customer and store experience
  • Make fast, accurate, and consistent sandwiches while complying with brand standards regarding portion sizes, recipes, systems, and procedures
  • Pass the sandwich test at the end of the first two weeks of training and at any future testing times
  • Always maintain a professional appearance in compliance with the dress code
  • Adhere to all food, safety, and security guidelines
  • Operate cash register and handle cash transactions while adhering to all cash handling policies
  • Take telephone orders, complete delivery tickets, and deliver orders to guests within a 5-mile radius of the store
  • Operate food preparation machinery
  • Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant including but not limited to tables, floors, windows, beverage stations, restrooms, etc
  • Foster an environment of teamwork and display a positive and enthusiastic approach to all assignments
  • Perform other related duties as necessary
