Job Duties
- Execute quality store operations and deliver exceptional customer and store experience
- Make fast, accurate, and consistent sandwiches while complying with brand standards regarding portion sizes, recipes, systems, and procedures
- Pass the sandwich test at the end of the first two weeks of training and at any future testing times
- Always maintain a professional appearance in compliance with the dress code
- Adhere to all food, safety, and security guidelines
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions while adhering to all cash handling policies
- Take telephone orders, complete delivery tickets, and deliver orders to guests within a 5-mile radius of the store
- Operate food preparation machinery
- Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant including but not limited to tables, floors, windows, beverage stations, restrooms, etc
- Foster an environment of teamwork and display a positive and enthusiastic approach to all assignments
- Perform other related duties as necessary
