Job Duties

- keep food truck and kitchen areas clean organized and safe with proper labeling and storage
- monitor food quality during shift to align with brand promise
- greet customers explain menu and answer questions
- handle cash manage register and upsell appropriately
- deliver exceptional customer experiences
- set up and break down food truck ensuring equipment functionality and safety
- keep serving area clean and stocked
- collaborate closely with team and owner for smooth operations
- support teammates as needed
- perform other duties as assigned
