This role is a leadership position focused on directing, managing, and executing the commercial strategy across various categories in the region. The candidate will work closely with the Commercial Director and Sales Manager to drive the achievement of volume targets, commercial indicators, trade marketing goals, people management, safety and occupational health measures, financial metrics, and revenue management objectives. Responsibilities include planning and implementing commercial strategies in open markets to meet the region’s commercial and trade marketing goals effectively. The role demands strict adherence to the company’s established commercial process, ensuring optimized results through well-defined processes and routines. The position offers a unique opportunity to play a critical part in Grupo Mariposa’s mission to foster growth and sustainability within the global food and beverage industry through disciplined management, innovative practices, and a dynamic culture that embraces change.
