Job Qualifications

  • Address guest issues and escalate complex matters
  • Provide employee guidance and feedback
  • Report employee performance and policy violations to management
  • Adhere to company cash handling procedures including cash protection and deposits
  • Maintain confidentiality of safe combinations and security codes
  • Monitor food product temperatures and proper dating and coding
  • Keep a calm and positive attitude during challenging situations
  • Follow all company policies and procedures
  • Maintain punctuality and professional appearance
  • Comply with safety and sanitation standards
