The role of the Team Leader at Schlotzsky's is critical in ensuring smooth restaurant operations, achieving financial goals, and maintaining top-tier guest service standards. This position supports the management team in overseeing shift operations, ensuring that all areas of the restaurant such as the exterior, drive-thru entrance, lobby, dining area, restrooms, kitchen, bakery, and rear dock comply with established brand standards. The Team Leader must also guarantee adherence to recipe and preparation guidelines across all restaurant stations, uphold cash handling procedures, and enforce safety and security protocols. This role requires strong leadership to handle guest concerns effectively, providing guidance and feedback to employees, and communicating staff performance or policy infractions to management.

- Competent in kitchen and guest service procedures

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in restaurant or food service preferred
