Additionally, the Team Leader plays an essential role in enforcing cash handling procedures, maintaining safety and security standards, and ensuring food safety protocols are upheld at all times. This includes monitoring food temperature controls and ensuring proper labeling and dating of applicable products. With a strong leadership component, the Team Leader addresses guest concerns, works closely with management on complex issues, and fosters a positive working environment where employees are treated with respect and given constructive feedback.
This role demands the highest level of compliance with company policies related to cash management, including protecting cash, performing deposits, auditing safes, and documenting cash variances with strict confidentiality.
