Job Requirements

  • Competent and knowledgeable in guest service stations procedures
  • Ability to work flexible hours
  • Strong commitment to safety and sanitation
  • Good physical condition to perform duties
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow company guidelines

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in food service or restaurant operations
  • Ability to supervise and lead a team
  • Knowledge of food safety and cash handling procedures
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and solve problems
  • Familiarity with company policies and procedures

Job Duties

  • Ensure all restaurant areas are maintained according to brand standards
  • Ensure recipe and preparation standards are followed at every station
  • Ensure cash handling procedures are followed correctly
  • Maintain safety and security standards consistently
  • Ensure food safety standards are upheld
  • Address guest issues and consult management on complex matters
