- Competent and knowledgeable in guest service stations procedures
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Strong commitment to safety and sanitation
- Good physical condition to perform duties
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow company guidelines
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in food service or restaurant operations
- Ability to supervise and lead a team
- Knowledge of food safety and cash handling procedures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and solve problems
- Familiarity with company policies and procedures
Job Duties
- Ensure all restaurant areas are maintained according to brand standards
- Ensure recipe and preparation standards are followed at every station
- Ensure cash handling procedures are followed correctly
- Maintain safety and security standards consistently
- Ensure food safety standards are upheld
- Address guest issues and consult management on complex matters
- Maintain positive work relationships and provide guidance and feedback to employees
