Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old
- Competent and knowledgeable in procedures for all kitchen and guest service stations
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks related to restaurant operations
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to maintain calm and positive attitude under pressure
- Must comply with all company safety and sanitation standards
- Punctuality and adherence to uniform and grooming standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in restaurant operations or leadership roles preferred
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Ability to handle customer complaints professionally
- Familiarity with company policies and procedures
- Competence in kitchen and guest service station procedures
Job Duties
- Ensure all restaurant areas including exterior, drive-thru, lobby, dining room, restrooms, kitchen, bakery, and back dock are maintained according to brand standards
- Ensure recipe and preparation standards are followed at all times at every restaurant station
- Ensure cash handling procedures are properly followed at all times
- Maintain and follow safety and security standards at all times
- Ensure food safety standards are maintained at all times
- Address guest issues that may arise and consult with management on complex matters
- Maintain positive working relationships and treat all employees with respect while providing guidance and feedback
- Communicate employee performance and policy or procedure violations to management for appropriate action
- Adhere strictly to company procedures related to cash handling including cash protection, deposits, safe audits, and documentation of cash variations
- Maintain utmost confidentiality with safe combinations and security codes when applicable
- Monitor food product temperatures to ensure compliance with specified temperature ranges and ensure all applicable products are coded and dated
- Maintain a calm and positive disposition when facing challenging situations
- Familiarize with and adhere to all company policies and procedures
- Maintain a positive attitude and follow manager instructions at all times
- Comply with strict safety and sanitation standards
- Arrive for scheduled shifts on time
- Comply with all uniform and personal grooming standards upon arrival and departure
